About the event
Julie, the owner of Julie's Coffee and Tea Garden, thought an "Origins of Resilience" book signing would be the perfect to launch her Thursday creative community nights event called, "Stone Soup." This book signing will be a talk about how CEO and Founder of Resilience Birthright, Jessica Jane Robinson's community work addressing climate change, zero waste, and sustainability inspired the development of the graphic novel series and other projects she will be releasing soon. Guest speakers from the City of Alameda staff (who are working on Alameda’s Climate Action and Resiliency Plan) and other community leaders from Community Action for a Sustainable Alameda have been invited to support an open discussion for everyone to engage in the topic of the solutions to Climate Change.
